Hi! My name is Kelsey and I've been an esthetician since 2021. My passion in life is working with people to help them feel like the best version of themselves. One of the things I am most excited for at Grand Glamour is being able to serve in the community as I live in! When I'm not at the salon you can find me spending time with my amazing nephew and niece, eating out at fun restaurants with my boyfriend or when I'm feeling super motivated, I enjoy going for a run.

Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice may result in a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to stay on schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Appointments
Please note that our services are reserved specifically for you. We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other guests who may be on a waitlist for an earlier appointment. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to missed appointments, and we appreciate your understanding.
Return Policy
At our salon, we strive to ensure that every guest leaves 100% satisfied with their experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your service, we kindly ask that you return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. We will do our utmost to address any concerns by rescheduling you at no extra cost. Please note that services cannot be refunded.
Retail
Our return policy allows for a full refund on unused and unopened products when accompanied by an original receipt, within 30 days of purchase Please note that used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged., we do not accept returns or exchanges on holiday items or gift cards.
